About Synectics Solutions Ltd

Synectics Solutions is an independently owned data management company which was established in 1992.

We have approximately 100 employees and are based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, England.

We operate from two secure sites and run managed database services solutions for many blue chip clients. We have billions of rows of data under active management in our secure data centres which are regularly audited by our customers, our suppliers and third party data security consultants.

Our company culture is something that we are very proud of and stems from the way we encourage all staff members to participate in the development of their own environment.

For the past few years, we have been actively supporting the charity Little Hearts Matter, who are dedicated to helping children with single ventricle heart conditions. Through company activities and social events we regularly raise money to assist this charity.
