We take our commitment to the environment, our local community and safeguarding the planet very seriously. That’s why we’re constantly active with community focused projects and partner with a number of charities to deliver support to the most vulnerable.
It is no secret that our staff are well looked after here and that we ensure they have the means to stay both physically and mentally healthy, through various educational workshops & consultations, exercise classes and other activities. Our approach to staff wellbeing and health has been recognised by Health at Work where we have achieved accreditation with the Workplace Wellbeing Charter endorsed by Public Health England and in doing so, are listed as one of their employers of choice.
We are also signed up to the Disability Confident Scheme. By signing up to the scheme, we are committing to providing disabled people and those with long term health conditions with opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.
Disability Confident provides us with tools, guidance and advice to ensure that we fulfil our commitment to making the most of the talents that disabled people can bring to the workplace.
