Our managing director, Carol Shanahan, took part in a radio interview on the BBC Radio Stoke morning show with Perry Spiller on Saturday 26th August. In the interview, Carol speaks about her life growing up, her first job as a computer mainframe operator (the first within the company) despite having no experience and her efforts in building the family business, Synectics Solutions, to now over 350 employees, making it one of the most successful businesses in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.
